The Royal Ambassador in Caledon is our new fav place to shoot Indian weddings. With gorgeous grounds, the sound of wildlife all around and where you just can’t take a bad picture…it’s the ideal place for an ideal couple. To shoot the love and connection between Rohit & Mansi’s families was wonderful to capture.
As the clouds threatened to pour rain, I was so happy to hear that Mansi and Rohit continued on with their vision of an outdoor wedding despite the weather. The wind blew hard throughout the ceremony, but it just added to the beauty of the moment… and as we shot the happy couple in their mandap, it felt like I was shooting a majestic wedding in a palace in India.
Here at Kumari, we like to do our part in making dreams come true. So when we heard that it was Mansi’s childhood dream to take her wedding pictures at the Swami Narayana Temple…we happily obliged, but as we do around here, we didn’t want to shoot it in the usual expected way. We tried to create unique images with a variety of perspectives encapsulating the couples love. Rohit and Mansi, thanks so much for trusting us with all your moments…we hope we did justice to your wonderful day!
