Avni & Deepak’s Wedding Photos

All we could say was WOW when we walked into the Credit Valley Golf Club and saw Avni and Deepak’s incredible mandap!  The pillars of the mandap were made of plexiglass and had a waterfall within each of the columns…it was incredible as was their day. We love outdoor Indian weddings and you can see why throughout the photos…being in nature and having natural light brings a kind of beauty which can not be duplicated in a banquet hall. It also helps having a wonderfully expressive family and an amazing couple to work with!  Thanks to Avni and Deepak for being just so awesome through and through you guys are a gem.  We know you’re going to have an incredible time in your new home in Calgary…and maybe you’ll have some visitors soon!

Mininder & Pram’s Wedding Photos

We’ve been away from our blog for too long..I know I know! We’ve just been shooting and shooting all week and finally culminated  in an incredible trash the dress shoot where our wonderful bride jumped off a dock into the frigid Fall waters. There is never a dull moment around here! So finally, without further ado, here are some of our photos from a recent wedding. Quiet and full of creativity, Mininder, who made a gorgeous bride, thought through every single detail at her wedding. Of course it helps when you have an incredible design team (The Perfect Setting) and an amazing artist (Amplified Soul) doing your make-up, you’re in great hands!  Thanks Mininder and Pram for trusting us with our vision and we know you’ll have an amazing life together in the UK!

What to Wear Wednesdays: Using Props

One creative idea to make your photo shoot a little different is by using props…little ones, or like in this case, a large one. Think about how much you can really play around with your props …imagine the endless possibilities! If you’re having fun in your environment, it will really show in your photos! Jo & Manny’s Wedding Photos

The moments were plentiful as they were beautiful…tears turned into laughter and two friends not only joined their families but also their hearts together. They were both family friends for a long time, and this union was probably foreseen (and prayed for) by their whole family…and then it finally happened! With a quiet love, Jo and Manny’s day arrived with not a dull moment. From a huge gathering of family at their house, to the wedding ceremony to the dholi, to the welcoming of the bride to Manny’s house, to the 1200 person reception- they did it all with grace and a smile in their hearts.  Thank-you Jo & Manny for entrusting us with your many moments…we hope you will cherish them for life! HUGE kudos to Raj at Dream Party Decor for a breath-taking job on the decor!

Stephanie & Manny’s Wedding Photos

It was with a BAM! and WOW! they were married!  This superhero couple are real life super heroes saving lives each and everyday serving as Paramedics. With their love of comic books and movies, there was no better place for them to celebrate their union than at the incredible Eglinton Grand.  There was not a dull moment during the day… I know we say this all the time (and we mean it with all our hearts) we really do work with some of the most awesome couples around!  A very special thank-you to the bridal party for being game for anything…and Stephanie, we still remember the big hug you gave us before we left…thanks to you both for having so much faith in us!
