Turning 10,000 never felt so good!! :)

Kumari blog celebration
We were pleasantly surprised when the first visitor actually ventured
upon our blog, who was not one of our siblings just killing time at work
cyberloafing. Now nearly 8 months since that first visitor we have
roared past 10,000 hits. Some time between the dreams of sugar plum faeries and gumdrop houses on lollipop lanes our counter ticked over
this simple yet meaningful milestone.

We thought it appropriate to have a bit of fun with our close
friends and emerging partners Rishi (a.k.a. Dj Blackout) and Suparsh.
With their help we created a video to celebrate the moment… so with
our tiny point & shoot camera, a cheesy idea, and our tripod we plunged right in.
We quickly agreed on a concept but the music posed a bigger debate. In
the end Funky Town got the vote  with Sir-Mix-a-Lot's 'Big Butts',
coming in just behind…. pun intended. The inspiration being drawn
from the hilarious roller dance routine from the TV show Malcolm in the Middle (we suggest Youtube for those who haven't seen
this yet).

The rest, like the numbers, are history! We are looking forward to
our next milestone video…. at 100,000! Our sincere thanks to you all!
And we can't wait until our next video!
